Please use the below as a guide to our shipping and returns procedures and prices, this is up to date and should hopefully help with as many queries as possible.

 

Shipping Times and Availability

 

On all of our products, you will see whether they are not in stock, any items you are able to order are in stock at that moment.

 

All items are dispatched within 24 hours on a 2-3 day delivery service.

 

Shipping Charges for Great Britain and Northern Ireland

 

Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order. All products are set an approximate weight, and the total weight is calculated in the shopping cart to determine the shipping charge. Prices for UK delivery services are as follows:

 

OTTOPT currently only ships within the UK.

 

No Quibbles Return Policy

 

At OTTOPT we operate a "No Quibbles" return policy within 7 days of receipt of your order. This means that if you aren't happy with your order for any reason, whether it be the size doesn't fit or that it is simply not what you were expecting upon placing your order, we will accept it back for a refund on the product or an exchange (exchanged item(s) are sent out free of charge) providing you have notified us within 7 days of receipt of your order and the goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging.

 

Simply return the unused item(s) in the condition that you received it in, along with details of your name, address, contact telephone number, order number and details of what the problem with the item(s) is and what you would like us to do and we will sort it out for you.

 

Please note that this policy does not cover items that have been used or items that are damaged in any way. Also, this does not include personalised items such as football shirts or goalkeeper gloves where printing or embroidery has been added. OTTOPT also reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange on any item(s) due to hygiene reasons.

 

Goods Not Received

 

Please let us know if you have not received an item, so we can investigate it. We will presume you have received all you items 7 days from the point of order, unless already notified by us.

 

Returns/Faulty Goods

 

If there is a problem with an item sent or it is faulty, please contact us immediately and we will discuss the return or replacement of the item.
